Group Guidelines:

  • Fundamentals: 0-2 years (Grades K-6)

  • Youth Elite: 2+ years (Grades K-12)

  • MS/HS Elite: 5+ years (Grades 7-12)

  • Girls Only: Any ages or experience (CURRENTLY PAUSED)

Our coaching staff will evaluate athlete progress and adjust group assignments as needed.

*USA Wrestling athlete memberships are required for all active participants not on free trials. Purchase here.

Pricing Options:

Free Trial

  • Interested in seeing what we’re all about? Use this option to register for any of our wrestling practices for 2 full weeks! Must adhere to group guidelines for age and skill restrictions.

Drop-In

    • Join us for a single session and see what TWA is all about!

    • Drop-ins are available for any class but must meet the age and experience requirements.

Unlimited Plan

    • Up to 12 practices per month for each group (Fundamentals, Youth Elite, and MS/HS Elite).

    • Weekly strength & conditioning sessions included.

    • Athletes must register for the appropriate practice group based on program guidelines.

    • Auto-billed on the 1st of each month. Partial months are prorated.

    Family Discount:

    • Two kids = $250 (Use Promo Code: TWAFAM2)

    • Three kids = $330 (Use Promo Code: TWAFAM3)

    • Four kids = $400 (Use Promo Code: TWAFAM4)

Class Pack

    • A flexible option to supplement and diversify your current training.

    • Class packs may also be applied toward weekly strength & conditioning sessions.

    • Athletes must register for the appropriate practice group based on program guidelines.

    • Unused classes expire 3 months after the first registration.

Private Training

    • Active members can book a 1-hour private session with a TWA coach.

    • Tailored training for athletes to continue learning techniques, skills, and the mindset required to dominate positions.

    • Active members can book a 30-minute film study with a TWA coach.

    • Focus on identifying areas of opportunity to improve technique, positioning, skills, tactics, and match strategy to enhance overall performance. 

    • TWA parents or THS National employees can use our fitness equipment during open gym hours.

    • Auto-bills on the 1st of each month and prorates partial months.

    • TWA parents or THS National employees can use our fitness equipment during open gym hours.

    • 6-month period starts on first gym session registration.
